Infiltration was started in early 1999 by Jesse [Warren] Taylor and Chris [Catalyst] Robbers as a semi realistic mod for the original Unreal. It has since moved to Unreal Tournament and become the most realistic combat simulation available.

May 1999
This is where it all began! Although a lot has changed over the years, you can still see the resemblance.

 

INFILTRATION 2
July 1999
This release added a new gametype and some new weapons.

 

INFILTRATION 2.75
April 2000
2.75 was the first major release for Unreal Tournament.

 

INFILTRATION 2.8
October 2000
Almost everything was redone in 2.8, most notably textures and the first original player model, along with player movement changes.

 

INFILTRATION 2.86
August 2001
2.86 continued the evolution of 2.8 with new features, including two new weapons.

 

INFILTRATION 2.9
December 2003
Infiltration 2.9 is the single largest update infiltration has ever had, including new gametypes, new weapons, and countless other major features.
